****Please note ***** Bundle hair and closures come from one warehouse, while wigs and hair care products/accessories come from another.  Clothing is made by a t-shirt graphic company in a different location.  Luckily, we give you a break on shipping and don’t charge you extra for getting items shipped from different locations. 

“When will my items be shipped?”

We will have most of your items shipped the same day if your order is placed by 1:00 pm Eastern. Wigs and clothing need a 2 day processing period.  You will get your wig or clothing item between 5-7 days from when you place your order. 

You will normally get your bundle hair or closure package within 1 to 3 business days… Unless of course there is some crazy weather issue or other issues that arise with USPS delivery services, as we cannot prevent those!

“How do I qualify for free shipping?”

You will get the option for free shipping when your order is at least $230.  Free shipping allows you to get your order in 2-3 days. However, clothing and wigs will take longer to ship.

“Do I need to sign up to buy?”

You are not required to as you can check out as a guest, but creating an account with Queen Libra Hair is quick and easy. It will allow you to move through our checkout quicker for your future orders. You can also store multiple shipping addresses, gain access to your order history, and much more.

 

“What does it mean to be crowned Queen of the Month?”

Queen of the Month is a program for our subscribers and social media followers!  We want you to post pics of you wearing your Queen Libra Hair and/or wearing you Queen Libra Hair clothing.  When you post those pics on Facebook or Instagram we want you to tag us.  Everyone who tags us has a chance to be crowned Queen of the Month.  We will select one person to post on our pages and you will get an amazing offer in your inbox or a free gift mailed to you.  You have to be subscribed, follow us, and tag us in the pics to be submitted into the drawing.  Every month we only select from customers who have tagged us within the last 30 days. 

 

“I can’t remember my password, how do I find it?”

You can click on the Forgot Password link and enter your username or email address. We will then email it to you right away!

 

“What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover. All payments are processed securely through PayPal’s encrypted payment page. You can also pay with your PayPal balance and even use their 6 months financing if you qualify through their financing program.

 

“Is entering my credit card info here safe?”

All payments are processed securely through PayPal’s encrypted payment page.  Which uses the latest and greatest in security technology!  A SSL certificate is used to secure the payment page and API endpoints. These certificates are using the SHA-256 algorithm and VeriSign’s 2048-bit G5 Root Certificate.  Which is as rock solid as you can get. 🙂

 

“Why don’t you ship to my country?”

As of right now, we are only currently shipping to the U.S.A., Canada, the U.K., and Australia. However, we may be flexible and willing to ship to certain other countries. In the event you would like to order our products and live somewhere we have not specified as a designated shipping region, please email or call us and we might be able to work something out for you 🙂

 

“How much is shipping?”

Shipping is only $9.85 for USPS Priority Shipping. Tracking numbers are included with all shipments.  For international shipping the cost is $28.50.

“How do I get a refund?”

We offer a 14 day refund policy for all items that don’t meet your customer satisfaction in terms of quality.  The hair must be received by us within 14 days after delivery to you.  The hair must be UNUSED and UNDAMAGED. Simply email us at queenlibrahair@gmail.com to receive the address to return the items. And, please make sure to ship with tracking info.  We keep hair in two different warehouses, therefore, if you purchased hair and one bundle came from one warehouse, and the other came from another, you would need to send them separately to the two different addresses.  Bundle hair, and closures come from one warehouse. Clothing is also made by our T-Shirt production company.  Everything else comes from the same warehouse.  

We DO NOT offer refunds for length, pattern, or “changing of mind”. If you place an order, and you no longer want the items, we will issue a store credit only. All exchanges require a 10% restocking fee and an additional fee for shipping the items out again. Any cancellations of orders for the same reason, length, pattern, or “changing of mind”etc. will also require a 10% fee as it is a fee we take on from our merchant and will be required to pass on to you, so please verify your order before you pay.

The hair must be received by us within 14 days after delivery to you.  Once we receive it back in the mail from you and have confirmed that it is still indeed in the same brand new, unused condition that we sent it to you in, we will then refund your payment method that you used when you made your initial purchase. 

We strongly recommend getting a tracking number and shipping insurance from the shipping company you choose to return with.  We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen goods that are sent back to us for any returns or exchanges. If you obtain a tracking number, please email us the tracking number so we can also be on the lookout for your return as well.

All shipments to us are your responsibility and we will not pay for return or exchange shipping costs unless it was a mistake on our end and/or you received incorrect items. Only then will we cover the return shipping costs by emailing you a shipping label that can printed out and put on a box/bag to ship back to us with.

 

“What if I need to exchange my hair but there is a cost difference?”

If there is a cost difference for the exchange, we will either issue you a store credit for the difference or you will be required to pay the additional price if it costs more for the items you want to exchange. Orders will not be shipped to you until any additional costs are paid.

“What if I change my mind?”

If you change your mind on a purchase or exchange, and if it is before the products has been shipped out to you, please contact us by phone and/or email AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can cancel, refund, or void your order and/or payment. If we have already shipped your order to you, you will only be able to exchange the product.  Please read above our policy for exchanges and refunds.

“What are the differences between Virgin Indian Remy Hair, Virgin Brazilian Remy Hair, Virgin Peruvian Remy Hair, and Virgin Malaysian Remy Hair?”

Virgin Indian Remy Hair:

Collected from the Tiraptu temples in Southern Asia where women go to donate their hair for spiritual and religious purposes, Indian hair is the most accessible and versatile hair available. Naturally fine to medium in thickness, this hair is normally dark in color yet is easily color-lifted to blonde and other, lighter hair tones. Indian Hair is also naturally thick and straight and is great for straight, shiny and sleek hairstyles. It is available in curly, wavy, and straight styles and blends in great with many individual’s natural hair textures. Anti-frizz products are recommended in areas where humidity is high.

Virgin Brazilian Remy Hair:

Brazilian Hair is hair donated from women of the small and rural places within Brazil and is currently the most in demand hair texture on the market for many reasons. Brazilian Hair is genetically diverse but tends to be natural and shiny in appearance and is very versatile, thick and durable, yet soft and smooth to the touch. This hair also tends to blend in with most individual’s natural hair textures and does not require any special maintenance. It is available in curly, wavy, and straight styles and often holds curls longer than Indian Hair.

Virgin Peruvian Remy Hair:

Peruvian Hair originates from the women of the remote villages of Peru who have donated their hair and tends to be more thick and course in texture than Brazilian and Malaysian Hair. A true and ultimately multipurpose hair, its soft and lightweight qualities allow a highly manageable and feathery, natural, luxurious and voluminous look. It is available in curly, wavy, and straight styles and is very versatile in each style.

Virgin Malaysian Remy Hair:

Malaysian Hair originates from the women of Malaysian descent who have donated their hair to Malaysian temples for religious or financial purposes. More dense, thick, heavier, softer, shiner, and silkier than Indian Hair.  It is great if you are you looking for a natural wavy or curly look. It is available in curly, wavy, and straight styles.

 

“What is a Lace Closure?”

Lace closures are thin hair pieces made of lace which are only a few inches long and wide so that they lay flat on your head. Lace closures ensure that all of your hair is being protected while you color and blend the textures of your weave, allowing for endless coloring and hair dyeing without all of the problems and worries of color blending with your own natural hair.

 

“How many bundles/packs of hair do I need for a full head sew-in?”

The amount of bundles/hair packs necessary for a full head sew-in are solely variant upon the lengths of the bundles you are purchasing. Since each bundle is the exact same in weight, keep in mind that the longer the hair, the shorter the width of the weft. Here is our guide:

Hair 12” through 18” in length:

We recommend a minimum of 2 bundles/packs, though 2 should most often times cover your full head sew-in. We recommend 3 bundles if you are seeking a very full look.

Note: We also recommend one lace closure if you are wanting to cover up your own hair or in the event you are bald, balding, or thinning out in the front or top of your head.

Hair 20”+ in length:

We recommend a minimum of 3 bundles, though 3 bundles will most often times cover your full head sew-in. We recommend 4 to 5 bundles if you are seeking a very full look.

Note: We also recommend one lace closure if you are wanting to cover up your own hair or in the event you are bald, balding, or thinning out in the front or top of your head.

 

“How much does each bundle/pack of hair weigh?”

Each bundle/pack of hair weighs a total of 100 grams/3.5 ounces.

 

“What items are kept in stock?”

Body Wave Virgin Hair Style:

Extensions 12” through 28” in length

Natural Straight Virgin Hair Style:

Extensions 12” through 26” in length

Island Curl Virgin Hair Style:

Extensions 12” through 24” in length

Yaki Relaxed Straight Virgin Hair Style:

“What is Raw Virgin Remy Ponytail Hair?”

Raw Virgin Hair is human hair taken directly from a multitude and variety of donors. The hair is chemically unprocessed and has not been permed, hard washed, bleached, and is free from any dyes.

We take a lot of pride in the fact that we only use Raw Remy Virgin Ponytail Human Hair. The advantage is that you are getting much more consistency with all of the hair strains because it is not a mix of multiple individuals’ hair, but rather the hair cut from a ponytail from a single human donor.

Regarded to be the finest quality of human hair, Raw Virgin Remy Ponytail Human Hair is collected in a way that leaves the hair’s cuticles unstripped and left completely intact. This process of collection preserves the hair cuticles and keeps the follicles going in only one single direction, allowing for the elimination of tangling issues normally found in low quality and non-Remy hair. This process also creates extensions that are extremely natural in appearance. Raw Virgin Remy Ponytail Hair is the most premium hair currently available on the market.

 

“What is the best way to care for the hair to keep it looking good?”

With proper care it should last you many months. Here are a few must read tips to help you along the way.

 

  1. Always brush your hair before going to bed.  Always use a wide tooth brush or detangling comb and gently brush the hair while holding it down with your other hand to prevent unnecessary tension and pulling.
  2. Before shampooing your hair, always detangle it.  Always wash your hair gently in a downward motion using your fingers.  Do not scrub or bunch hair together as this will cause the cuticles to open up and rub against each other which would then cause tangling.
  3. Always condition your hair with a moisturizing conditioner such as silicon mix.  This alone will make a huge difference.
  4. Every 4 times or so you wash your hair, add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to your shampoo and water mix.  Apple cider vinegar will clarify it, add shine, and remove build up from your hair.
  5. You can also condition wash your virgin hair, this means skipping the shampoo and using your conditioner just like you would your shampoo.
  6. If possible, be patient with your virgin hair weave and let it air dry after washing it.
  7. Apply a small amount of coconut oil 2 to 3 times per week as required.
  8. Avoid alcohol based products for your hair as alcohol is very drying to hair.
  9. Moisturize your hair as needed with high quality leave in moisturizers and conditioners.
  10. Last but not least, our virgin weave extensions are very high quality, very little product is needed.  Do not weigh down your hair by using too much unnecessary products.

 

Returns Policy for clothing only

Items Damaged or Poor Quality

If an item is damaged or is shipped with a poor-quality print, you must send us a photograph of the poor-quality print or damaged area.  Queen Libra Hair’s T-Shirt Distributor will replace any items damaged or poor-quality at no additional cost.  Queen Libra Hair’s T-Shirt Distributor is not responsible for items damaged in shipping.

Wrong Product Shipped

If we ship the wrong product to your customer, send us a photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered and we will replace any such items at no additional cost.

Design Issues

If you have any other complaint regarding the design printed on a product, please send us a photo.  Credits, refunds, or reprints will be issued at the sole discretion of Queen Libra Hair’s T-Shirt Distributor if the printed design differs substantially from the artwork that was submitted.  We will investigate every case and will work to provide a resolution that satisfies you and your customers.

Substitution Policy

Queen Libra Hair’s T-Shirt Distributor makes every effort to fulfill orders with the exact product ordered.  In the event that product becomes unavailable, Queen Libra Hair’s T-Shirt Distributor reserves the right to fulfill the order using similar products of equal or greater value than the product originally ordered.

Shipping Policies

Use of the Queen Libra Hair’s T-Shirt Distributor Default Return Address
Queen Libra Hair’s T-Shirt Distributor ships most packages in the US using the USPS Package Service.  The USPS requires each package have a valid US return address.

Address Corrections
Prior to shipping an order, Queen Libra Hair’s T-Shirt Distributor will make every effort to update an order’s shipping address when notified by email prior to shipping of the order.

If you need to make an address correction to an order prior to shipping, please email us immediately.

Items Damaged in Shipping
Queen Libra Hair’s T-Shirt Distributor will, at their discretion, provide a replacement item at no additional charge for any item damaged in shipping.  A photo of the damage is required to process a replacement or credit.

Undeliverable Addresses
Queen Libra Hair’s T-Shirt Distributor is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.  Queen Libra Hair’s T-Shirt Distributor does NOT provide free replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses if Queen Libra Hair’s T-Shirt Distributor successfully shipped the order to the address provided.

Returned Packages
After an order has been shipped, if the package is returned to us by the delivery service, due to an “Undeliverable” or “Insufficient” address, or for any other reason, the following will apply:

Queen Libra Hair’s T-Shirt Distributor will notify you by email using the email you provided.

If you can provide us with an updated shipping address, we will re-ship or forward the order using the new address.  You will be charged a re-shipping fee equal to the original shipping charge on the order order, or if forwarding to a different country, the appropriate shipping charge based on our shipping rate charts and the method (weight-based or flat-rate) selected for your store in the Settings page of our App.  For example:  if the shipping amount on an order was originally $3.50, then you will be charged an additional $3.50 to re-ship the order.

 

When requesting re-shipping or forwarding of an order/package, you MUST specify the payment method you wish to be charged for the re-shipping fee.  For credit or debit cards, please provide the last 4 digits of the card number.  For Paypal accounts, please specify the Paypal account email address.

By providing a new address for a returned package, you are requesting a re-shipment and authorizing Queen Libra Hair’s T-Shirt Distributor to charge the payment method specified for the re-shipping fee.

We will make every attempt to re-ship returned packages within a reasonable time after you request a re-shipment.  Re-Shipping is not guaranteed to be immediate and there may be some delay in re-shipping for administrative or other reasons.

Under no circumstances are refunds or credits provided for orders returned to us for any reason and where you do not wish to have the package re-shipped.

Lost-in-Transit Packages
For shipments to Preferred countries, if, based on the carrier-provided tracking information, we believe an order was lost in transit, and not delivered to the destination and not returned to the return address, we will at our own discretion either re-print and re-ship the order at no additional charge or provide a credit for the full amount of the order.

Delivered, but Not Received Packages
Queen Libra Hair is not responsible for packages with delivery confirmation based on carrier-provided tracking, where the customer claims to have not received the package.  You will need to contact us immediately so that we can address the issue in a case by case basis.

 “Preferred” Country List
As referred to in the above shipping policies, the “Preferred” countries include:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

All other countries are considered “Non-Preferred” countries for the sake of these shipping policies.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of any order placed.  Orders cancelled prior to being “processed” by the Queen Libra Hair’s T-Shirt Distributor App will not be charged to your provided payment method.

Cancellation requests placed once or after an order reaches the “Processing” state, may be subject to restocking fees for un-printed items.  Items already printed will not be refunded or credited; however, if not yet shipped, the shipping charges may be credited.

Orders cannot be cancelled, and cannot be credited in any way, once the order is shipped to you.

Credits will be applied using a coupon code and  can be used to pay for future fulfillment orders.

Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy is very simple: We will never give, sell, or otherwise provide any information about you to any third party. Your email address and other information is safe with us and never made available to anyone else for any reason, except in cases of alleged copyright infringement, where your contact information may be provided to the alleging party.

All information about you, private or otherwise, we obtain through your registration or when you place an order on this site is secured on our servers and never released to any third party.

Really private information, like your credit card number or other payment information, is NEVER stored in any way on our servers.
